Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free homepage sample
We design your homepage for free before you pay anything. If you decide not to go ahead, you owe nothing.
Build fee
You pay the one-time $500 build fee (or $750 for website only) together with your first month only after you have seen and approved your free homepage sample. It covers building and launching your full website. If we are unable to deliver the full site as approved, contact us and we will refund the build fee in full. Once your site has launched, the build fee is non-refundable.
Monthly plans
Starter ($29/month), Growth ($99/month) and Pro ($249/month) plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically each month until canceled.
- You can cancel anytime by emailing us. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month. Your site and services continue until then.
- We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months.
Advertising spend
On the Pro plan, Google Ads spend is paid by you directly to Google and is not charged by BookedOut. Refunds of ad spend are governed by Google's policies.
Billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error, email us within 30 days and we will review it and correct any mistake.
How to cancel or request a refund
Email support@bookedoutweb.com from the email address on your account with your business name. We reply within 2 business days.
